Monster Hunter Rise Wish List or Ditch?

    

    Have you ever gathered your hunting party and made sure you had the best gear for the job.  Set out to another place and hunted for monsters?  If you have and you loved it then if your on PC I have some exciting news for you.

    Monster Hunter Rise is on Steam right now as a DEMO.  The once exclusive Switch title is coming to PC 12th of January 2022.  For many Monster Hunter fans this can be some very exciting news.

     As I played Monster Hunter Rise I was seeing how it lined up to the game I loved Monster Hunter World.  I can say the Demo is not long and I feel like they could have shown more but I really enjoyed some of the experiences I had during the Demo.  Of course I picked up the insect glaive as my weapon.  All time favorite for MHW.  As I found out quickly you can mount the dog that is accompanying you and ride him into battle.  your beloved calico is still there to fight by your side.

    Another really cool thing I found is you don't just mount the monsters anymore you are able to control them while fighting other monsters.  This was really fun and not going to lie really looking forward to how much you can do with this.

    One thing I noticed I wasn't too big of a fan of was it seem like the graphics weren't quite up to PC standards yet.  I saw some lines and my hunter was pixelated and glitching when selecting him.  Hopefully this all gets smoothed out upon release.  

    Finally verdict I really liked it, and I am really looking forward to exploring it further.  I haven't completely ready to pull that wish list or purchase trigger however, I am still considering it.  Until then see you later gamers.
